What to expect when calling and scheduling your first therapy appointment.
COVID-19 Precautions
At this time and for the foreseeable future, all appointments will be virtual. I have been using the virtual format for the last 18 months and my clients and I have found this to be a very good substitute for in-person sessions. My clients' feedback has been positive as to having sessions from the comfort of home and it allows me to be more flexible in my scheduling.
As I usually don't answer the phone during the day, you can leave me a confidential voicemail with your name, number and a good time to reach you. I will return your call that day and we can talk about your interest in seeking therapy and whether I might be a good match for you. I offer this 15 minute free phone consultation as a way for us both to decide if my services are the best fit for your needs.
Some people feel more comfortable emailing me and you can do that by emailing me at robinanderson068@gmail.com Let me know if you want to schedule a phone consultation or if you'd rather just make an appointment. If you're ready to schedule an appointment, let me know the days and times you would be available and I will get back to you within the day with some potential appointment times. Usually I am able to schedule an appointment within the same week.
